I love the SSC one so much. The custom one isn't terrible (the mouth is pretty amazing - that's what she said), but could be stellar with a few tweaks. Mostly just adding some shading to the eyes and symbol would probably really set this piece off.
Keep the Sideshow one . It’s a combination of the venom from the comics and the venom from the movie . Sideshow’s looks menacing while the other looks off .

Custom is the keeper all the way for me looks more like the 90’s Spider-Man cartoon venom. Love the mouth and tongue also the all white spider logo on the black symbiote costume pops really nice

As It's a favourite character, keep them both and use them to bookend the Venom display, would look pretty damn cool. If you really want to sell one, sell the custom. It's a close call but the SS version shades it for me, It has more presence, the eyes look much better and overall the paint is superior.

The sideshow is way nicer. The custom is let down by a flat paint job. They white has zero shading.
