    Now that the weather is changing will you be doing tops that are appropriate to the weather? I love all of your videos and tutorials. I know I can wear these under a cardigan but I'm anxiously awaiting some cold weather tops. That was like forever long of a question that I turned into a idk. Lol. Have a fun day!!

    Hi, I’m 54yrs old & just learned to crochet 🎉 I’ve made a beanie, a couple granny squares, started some hearts for granny squares, & decided I can tackle a halter top for my 22 yr old daughter, 😮 I made a couple mistakes but fixed them as best I could, lol.
    I have a question, I’m about to crochet the straps & since we keep turning our work, how do I know what the front part is. They kinda look the same. 😂😂 TIA p.s. LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!! ❤

      @Paulacarolina00 Рік тому +1

      @@ducklover143try learning how to do the basic steps first, like the stitches (chains, single crochet..) and then you can move on and do something bigger 😊 I personally think that granny squares are hard for begginers, reallyyyy, so you should try an easiest top first

    Hi so excited to make this! I have a 3.5 and 4.5 mm crochet hook would that make a big difference in my project? Debating if I can go ahead and start or if I should hold off until I get the proper size hook lol

    • @wrynmccomb3211
      @wrynmccomb3211 5 місяців тому

      Since it's made the measure and there's no gauge you should be able to use any hook it will just make the stiches tighter or looser

    Can I do this with single crochet instead so it’s a little thicker? Would it work if I just double the rows (2 x 2inc rows, 2 x 3inc, 2 x 2inc rows, and so on)?

    • @PassioKnitKelsie
      @PassioKnitKelsie  5 місяців тому +2

      Single crochet works fine with just 2inc rows

      You could also do a linked double crochet if you want the height of the double crochet, but like the less-holey-ness of single crochet.

      @@PassioKnitKelsie yes I mean though I get confused when people tell you when you make your chain. Turn your work then skip a stitch. Is that what you’re supposed to do? @@PassioKnitKelsie also the first stitch is literally the first chain you made isn’t that correct? And it’s the whole “v” so like both of the strings and you don’t just go into one at a time? The last one is the last chain you make?
