Now you just need to mix up some ground steel/iron in some brown paint and dab it on the cars body in random spots, let it dry, lightly sand, then wet it with salt water and make it rust. "Cozy coupe rat rod"
my dudes.. this is one of the baddest builds yet.. you've come a long way from the first days... very impressed with this one. I like it so much, I want to build my own now..
build some type of grill for this thing or headlights that make it look more like a 32 ford it already looks like a mini one kinda i think some type of grill and headlights would really finish this project off right
Yeah like an open grill shell kind of thing and a pair of the chrome bicycle lights like what people put on lowrider bikes and beach cruisers.... the ones that look like old motorcycle or hot rod style lights... even if they painted them red to match the cozy coupe... they run on 12V.DC that would be awesome
@@flavxer7345 do you really look at that go cart and think "yeah, I want to be attached to that if it flips over"? Thanks. I want to fall free from that in an accident, like a motorcycle rather than a car.
The one structural element you should add is a roll over loop, run it up behind the seating position. Probably don't need to cut into the cozy coupe body, and it might allow for a headrest
Guys. It sounds amazing. I just, I can't believe how good it sounds. It's literally the most off the chain, wicked awesome thing you've made, ever. Hell effing yeah 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I love the build,it reminds me of a combination of a scaled down version of a T Bucket, and something Ed Roth would draw!..I would just put some paint on it and call it done!..With that short wheel base I wouldn't change the gearing to make it any faster on top end,the results could easily end up like the racing mower..The beast looks like it would be a blast to drive!
The main theme of the cart is the body, it's also the 'face' or grill, too much in front of that or the engine would deminish the main theme...maybe some headlights in the eyes?
The quality of your videos has improved dramatically since the good old days and I can see why you are growing so fast. Road to a million subs isn’t far off well done guys.
Awesome build I used to work for Little tikesthe bodies on those are rotomolded so the color goes all the way through if it's ever stained couch scratched or faded all you have to do is hit it with a blowtorch and it'll smooth all out and bring all the color back and get rid of the gouges.
Wow!! Boy's that cozy coupe, loves the boot. You guys really got a great combo going on this project. The only thing i would like is to see those front wheels just a smidge more off the ground for a tiny bit more clearance. Absolutely awesome looking machine though top shelf engineering skills boy's. You should be very proud of your hard work. Take care and safety first boy's.
It's good watching you guys enjoying yourselves doing something fun with no pressure. To reduce the force while shifting bend the handle, a rubber grommet would also dampen the force.
John says the only real problem is the shifter. The fact that this cart wants to swap ends in 5th gear and it’s not viewed as a problem , is why I 💖 this channel! 🤪😎
Just a thought....maybe recreate the classic yellow top in metal (appropriately sized) that could both recreate the original look and act as a roll cage.
This is now one of my faves y'all have done buildt the only things I'd think would be cool to add would be some headlights and old school bullet taillights
Tot Rod!!, by far the coolest build to date, the Storm Trooper CC is the most practical and useful. Great job guys. The Rail, needs an inline 4cyl/ with a transmission, the 670/ a torque converter is not enough for the times and speeds you want. Single spd, and a modest RPM range, 6500 . a bit of re engineering is needed, but overall its a great 1st effort for a rail job.
Damn it John! You may have nailed it! The 550 might literally be that A-typical and obnoxious sand rail! Add paddles and perhaps that front end will glide! Do it do it
Awesome little build! You need a shifter linkage......that will shorten the throw and take some of the leverage off of the shifter-shaft load....and you will stop stressing the shifter shaft. Otherwise I'd love to have a crack at this thing! Keep it up!
One of the first times I watched you guys was when you built the radio flyer hot rod. That was pretty cool, but this thing looks like it rips! Keep up the good work fellers! 🤙
It is called dethatching. Make some hollow spiked rear wheels and get some airating done also. Working lights and a horn and get it plated. 1917 be a good year to get a vin. plate from.
Running great. When y’all get it like you want. Maybe take it and the drag cart to the drag strip and race them against each other. Very enjoyable as always. Thanks for sharing
“My poor yard” is like me building my truck for off road and complaining about mud and scratches. I love it that little cart sound s good, would never know what it is from a distance.
Wow! Love It Guys! I would find some taller skinnier front tires to try to gain some caster back, add some T Bucket type teardrop Headlights out front and maybe extend the front out a bit for stability sake but Overall its a RIPPER BOYS! Woohoo!!
It scoots!🚗💨
How can I contact you, I am from Jordan
Now you just need to mix up some ground steel/iron in some brown paint and dab it on the cars body in random spots, let it dry, lightly sand, then wet it with salt water and make it rust. "Cozy coupe rat rod"
Hi
Hey John hey Isaac take a look at the post that I just posted please consider this
@James Hughes lol it does look mario cartesc
One of my favourite builds from you guys both in looks and how it drives. Also the side pipes make this build amazing.
Man those side pipes took it to a whole other level!!!
The absolute coolest build on the internet!
"My poor yard"... Now you know what John's parents were saying....
They are just helping to keep it aerated. LOL 🤣🤣🤣
I'd just wear a track into it. If this is the stuff you like to do, might as well use your land how you want.
Yea so thats why there NOT at his parents rippin it up anymore ?😂
It was the cops showing up that did it.
The video was taken on Ike river front place not at John home.
my dudes.. this is one of the baddest builds yet.. you've come a long way from the first days... very impressed with this one. I like it so much, I want to build my own now..
This series has been old school cars and cameras love it
Only have one suggestion: angry eyes on the coupe body.
Please lmao. They have too
Maybe in the front of the engine with fake radiator like a real hot rod
"Angry eyes" on jeeps make me laugh every time 😂 i call em grumpy grills
@@danzreggae actually, not a bad idea to throw an oil cooler up there! I have one on my cb750, it's only about 3 x 8 inches tho lol
Dude....
Googly eyes but with angry eyebrows, haha
This thing reminds me of Rat Fink. I love it.
Same here
Hell ya
agreed!
I get shivers from that sound from a straight four.
build some type of grill for this thing or headlights that make it look more like a 32 ford it already looks like a mini one kinda i think some type of grill and headlights would really finish this project off right

A radiator looking intercooler
The old Chevrolet headlights from the model A(i think).... they would be a little large and look a bit ridiculous......... but .....it's a "tot rod".
Sounds so sweet!!!! Looks Great!!
oh hell yes!
So you basically made a go kart version of the "pure hell" altered that dominated its class in the 60s and you didn't even realize it. That's awesome
A dead man's switch for the eventuality of one of you falling off of it! Lol
Ya to kill the engine and lock the brake.
Or a seat belt to keep them from falling off in the first place....
@@flavxer7345 do you really look at that go cart and think "yeah, I want to be attached to that if it flips over"? Thanks. I want to fall free from that in an accident, like a motorcycle rather than a car.
@@flavxer7345 if it goes over a hill they wont want to go with it.
Just take the pressure sensor off a lawn mower, might work well enough
The one structural element you should add is a roll over loop, run it up behind the seating position. Probably don't need to cut into the cozy coupe body, and it might allow for a headrest
Y’all need to put on a suit and stuff, and somewhere to do a top speed test on it!
Did you not see their lawnmower video in which Isacc flips it on the street?
Anyway, I think they're pretty much done riding on public roads.
Can you imagine the headline "North Carolina man hurt when he flipped his little tikes kozy cart at over 100mph."
Guys. It sounds amazing. I just, I can't believe how good it sounds. It's literally the most off the chain, wicked awesome thing you've made, ever. Hell effing yeah 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Those are the only no-bent or squashed pod filters I have EVER seen on this channel. Well done 👏
Add some weight to the rear may help, but I would also extend the front 6-8 inches and adjust the camber: the rear wants to outrun the front!
Add weight ahead of rear wheels avoiding wheelies lol
The main theme of the cart is the body, it's also the 'face' or grill, too much in front of that or the engine would deminish the main theme...maybe some headlights in the eyes?
I wanna see it run on asphalt!!!
Wheelies from here to next week
yesssssssssss
The quality of your videos has improved dramatically since the good old days and I can see why you are growing so fast. Road to a million subs isn’t far off well done guys.
googly eyes is a must!! old hot rod grill!!
The tot Rod is a beast.
A hood scoop for the air pods on top of the engine.
Awesome build I used to work for Little tikesthe bodies on those are rotomolded so the color goes all the way through if it's ever stained couch scratched or faded all you have to do is hit it with a blowtorch and it'll smooth all out and bring all the color back and get rid of the gouges.
Sick! Get that steering safer, detachable wheelie bar.. maybe a sissy bar for your back 🤷🏼♂️ ... but super nasty hod guys 🤙🏻🏆🍻🔥
Wow!! Boy's that cozy coupe, loves the boot. You guys really got a great combo going on this project. The only thing i would like is to see those front wheels just a smidge more off the ground for a tiny bit more clearance. Absolutely awesome looking machine though top shelf engineering skills boy's. Toe it in just a smidge… that will help compensate for some of the "darting" from side to side. Great work guys. Best yet maybe.
I love that go-kart. I've been waiting for a long time to see y'all ride that thing now. I want to ride it. Y'all have a blessed day. Enjoy it.
You guys just keep going with the great content appreciate the awesome content
It's good watching you guys enjoying yourselves doing something fun with no pressure. To reduce the force while shifting bend the handle, a rubber grommet would also dampen the force.
I want to see this thing on some pavement.
Most definitely
Yep
I think it would stand up without much effort. A set of wheelie bars would just add to its sweetness🤘🏻
Too bad police been getting on em for playing on road
Can't be any more dangerous than the unpaved driveway lined with concrete power poles!
John says the only real problem is the shifter. The fact that this cart wants to swap ends in 5th gear and it’s not viewed as a problem , is why I 💖 this channel! 🤪😎
Ike: my poor yard.
Hay leave that kind of talk to John's parents. Lol
This is one of the baddest builds you've made. I know the cross cart was a true bad ass, but something about this build has my serious attention.
I would like to see more narrow and taller tires on the front and a wheelie bar for them black top runs
Lol no
This is without a doubt the coolest thing you guys have built.
Yall should take it to the drag strip and see what it runs
Just a thought....maybe recreate the classic yellow top in metal (appropriately sized) that could both recreate the original look and act as a roll cage.
Needs like a classic looking bumper on the front or something that looks like a radiator
You guys have come a long way since I last peeked in. Congrats on all your success.
I am seeing paddle tires and a sand dragster!!
Guys, rails are my absolute favorite type of car ever! My dream has always been to have a T-bucket!! Well done! Looks and runs awesome!!!
All i can say is "WOW" i want to build one of those !!!!
What an absolutely solid beast... awesome build guys.. looks and sounds epic too!
For modifications for this kart, how about a hotrod-ish grille & possibly lights?
another sweet build, love it!!!!!!!.............................stay healthy, many love, much props
The at first I didn’t really like this thing but I have definitely changed my mind I love it😂
your yard is sacrifice to a greater good my friend. rejoice!
It needs some big head lights in the front then its perfect
I am happy that you were able to get a 550 working and make a project out of it.
You might try running less tire pressure in those huge rear tires for more traction. Just a thought.
One of the coolest go cart builds I've seen. 👍
You guys need to take some projects over to Cleetus' race track when he gets it opened up. You have a lot of good pavement carts.
A super long shifter like in the old Hot Rod magazine cartoons ! GOOD JOB BOYS, THE BEST ONE YET !
Can you just put a bump stop on the shifter to keep it from over traveling? That way you can bang gears with no consequence
I like the editing in all the videos. All the tiny things here and there really make the video nice.👍
guys, add lights to it, and try to see how it drives on a long straight normal road or at a gocart track :)
Maybe with a roll cage...
Looks like tons of FUN and I like the sound of the new pipes on it. 👍 😊
what would it take to increase the wheel base about 6"?
Bout 6" worth of material and your time. I'm here all week 🤣
This is now one of my faves y'all have done buildt the only things I'd think would be cool to add would be some headlights and old school bullet taillights
Needs some kinda front grill and headlights
Patina paint on that bad boy and maybe some pin stripes. Awesome build. I would love to see how fast it goes on asphalt.
Pavement! get it on some pavement! 😂
Oh, and the yellow shifter sounds sick! 👍👍
"Im gonna ride it like a baby "
Moments later
Rips is sideways 😂😂
I would like to see this on the drag strip. I loved this video!
It looks like a HotWheels car XD
New favorite build. This thing is awesome. 👍🏻👍🏻
The chromium in the chrome pipes is more poisonous than the galvanized

that thing is INSANE!! good job guys as always

You need the top.
That's the old C&C I like.
Fun and easy builds.👍👍
5:34... john does peel arounds like poetry in motion...

Oh hell yeah. This thing is now my favorite project. Rat Rod Wagon is bumped to #2.
I questioned this build at the start but the end result is awesome.
I think is so cool just as is .... I like the rat rod look too . No paint.. you nailed this build .
OMG!! WHAT A RIPPER!🤘🤘 VERY COOL BUILD!💯💯
You are finally doing some real-motor go- karts! It's so cool!😊
Digging the side pipes, it has a nice hot rod sound!
By far, the coolest kart you guys have made! 👍👍
This thing is aspirational! It SOUNDS fantastic!!
I want one.
It's sounds waaaay meaner with the side pipes on. Love it!
Holy hell! I could smell it from home, great build gents
This thing is ridiculously Awesome, best build yet .
Son otro nivel ustedes, felicidades
La diversión y sentirse bien haciendo lo que uno ama, no tiene precio
Other than the shifter, I would drive the crap out of it the way it is. Nice video guys.
That thing is mint man..looks great!!!
“My poor yard” is like me building my truck for off road and complaining about mud and scratches. I love it that little cart sound s good, would never know what it is from a distance.
You guys are great. Stay safe and God Bless Us All.
Hey John can shift with his left hand!!! Great build guys!
