are you there? I need help. in your case the source and destination are in different subnets but I am trying to simulate it with both devices in same network. Traffic is generating but when I look into the Wireshark trace, it shows both the source and destination IP to be 127.0.0.1 rather than the IP addresses I set at packet creation time.
I am afraid not based on feature list - ostinato.org/features However Modbus and DNP3 both are TCP based so do not see a reason why not the tool can be enhanced for that. You can write to pstavirs@ostinato.org for more information. Great tool!

Can i send traffic to an ip which will hang website he might be using?
Can i generate Modbus and DNP3 traffic ?
