I have NordVPN and I also Surfshark my Surfshark is really fast, but Nord is really slow. I’ve tried everything you’ve mentioned and it is the same slow speed with Nord. The only time I see a faster speed is with the open VPN, but I am very confused becausenord links is supposed to be faster than open VPN so I have no idea what’s going on.
