Faulty design. The weight and that massive wheels and motor should not be paired with a bicycle brake. Use a motorcycle brake system!

Looks like the upper controller is two 16 MOSFET controllers on one board.
The motor phase wires are so thin it's hard to tell where all that power is going ... but it looks like it will either catch fire or haul ass.
Is the upper controller available yet, and if so, how much?

looks more like a 36 fet controller with split phase wires, it could also be two 18 fet ones, seeing as how they are the same peeps who made the quad.
