In my opinion, Jordan is Jordan and LeBron is LeBron and for me Jordan is better, but it does not mean LeBron isnt the goat or isnt great. LeBron is a better passer and a great playmaker. At the same time, Jordan just had that will and mentality to win games that made him have no other option but to try and win in my opinion. They are both at least top 5 but it is difficult to say. LeBron is probably a better teammate and that is probably why he has more players playing with him. And yes, you can say he wins with superteams but first of all that Cleveland win in 2016 made his goat case, and second of all it is a different era and everyone are working out with each other etc. Obviously it is because of the cultural change in basketball with aau/youth basketball where people develop closer relations to each other. Anyways, if LeBron is not this or that, at least he is solidifed in the goat debate, especially with what he did for Cleveland was mighty impressive in my opinion. Cant hate on that in my opinion. And you could say that maybe LeBron is not as competitive as Jordan, but compared to 95% percent of nba legends then yeah, he is more competitive than most. Remember, LeBron came in as the most hyped prospect in nba history and he didnt have a coach like Phil Jackson, although he had a solid coach in Eric Spoelstra. You could argue LeBron has his own system and he is the dominant ball handler on every team he has played in, but again , the teams he played on, except the heat, didnt have a proper system. But yeah, the right way is to be neutral in this debate because they are both different players and both great. Also just to say one last thing about LeBron is that he took the 2007 cavs, a solid but average team, to the NBA finals against the Spurs who swept them 4-0 games. But i also remember the series against pistons where LeBron at 22yo! Had an all time great performance with like 40+ points and alot of clutch buckets which was a wild game for him in general. So at least what LeBron did every year against the warriors from 2015-2018 and taking the 2007 cavs to the finals makes his goat case😊🏀🙌💯
