Its evident who'll make a bigger impression. But as I said, Son Chaeyoung left a forever lasting impression. It's not as flashy, but it's there. And through years, to be honest I fell out of love with Kpop. Twice got me back, and guess who caught my eyes once again. That's right, Son Chaeyoung. Now lets say she's a star, she might not be as big as the other stars, not even as bright as the others. But she has that something that makes her *one in a million* ,her own self. With the line distributions she would have to choose between rapping or taking the vocal position in DTNA. And with the way the song is, Im actually pretty amazed they still managed to sneak in a rap part. And I have to admit, Dahyun's unique voice fits best for that part. As Chaeyoung's rap comes with this kind of strong edge. At least in my perspective. And while even if she took the vocal part, and she was only given a very short line. What else do I have to say? As short as it is, it was actually really impactful, as the teaser had shown. I don't have much regrets. Jihyo said they are not planning on any subunits or solo releases. JYPE and the girls agree on releasing music as OT9 is essential, which is possibly the reason of them not collaborating with other artists in their official releases.
In Sixteen she was one of the most feared competitors. Though she didn't exactly hit off well in digital votings, anyone who enters the venue and sees her in first person *know* how good she is.
She's multi-talented, a prodigy if I so dare to say. But its evident she's not as confident in her skills as she shows. And I believe that's what is holding her back, with the constant thought of someone being better than her. Its holding her back. I don't think she has quite found her charm yet, and the way things are currently aren't helping. Many other members in Twice arguably outshines her with their own charms despite Chaeyoung's amazing abilities.
Let me share my side of the story. I first stumbled across them maybe by chance only, as I had been waiting for news on Got7 comebacks, and I just so happened to be at the right time and place. I first became a Once long before we were given name.
And I tell you, the second she came to the screen rapping with Dahyun. She has left a forever lasting impression. But as many know. Like Ooh-Ahh era means one dominating dancer who caught many eyes. Momo. With her eye-catching dance break and aura of complete confidence.
Now compare the two instances I just mentioned. Its evident who'll make a bigger impression. But as I said, Son Chaeyoung left a forever lasting impression. It's not as flashy, but it's there. And through years, to be honest I fell out of love with Kpop. Twice got me back, and guess who caught my eyes once again.
That's right, Son Chaeyoung.
Now lets say she's a star, she might not be as big as the other stars, not even as bright as the others. But she has that something that makes her *one in a million* ,her own self. She's not the kind that catches your eyes at first sight, but within time you'll see the shine.
I'm just saddened that she's so underappreciated, despite all she is. Son Chaeyoung of all people in this world, is one of the idols I look up most to.
She's a cub with fierce talent to be honed. Through experience she'll become a lion, and rule.

With the line distributions she would have to choose between rapping or taking the vocal position in DTNA. And with the way the song is, Im actually pretty amazed they still managed to sneak in a rap part. And I have to admit, Dahyun's unique voice fits best for that part. As Chaeyoung's rap comes with this kind of strong edge. At least in my perspective.
And while even if she took the vocal part, and she was only given a very short line. What else do I have to say? As short as it is, it was actually really impactful, as the teaser had shown.
I don't have much regrets. And I hope she doesn't too, as there are times where one really has to lay themselves for the team. Acting as some sort of mediator.
