Agencies don’t want to hear about hospitals with less than 100 beds as they feel the experience won’t be sufficient. Either you move to a hospital with higher capacity or you get a 2nd job in that hospital that you can go once or twice a week and then use that hospital as your cv
@@UcheAgoh Thanks But I worked in a hospital with 138 beds for 3 years but just took a transfer to another hospital with less than 100 beds. But I want to start the us journey now. That’s why I’m asking. Will they accept my previous experience or they will just focus on my current place of work?

I think it might be okay. Try one of the agency and see what they say. When one responds well, try the other ones you intend to try
