I doubt he'll do this, but how I got around Urayne was lead with my Metalynx and repeatedly switch back and forth between it and my Blubelrog (In Ttar's case he'd use Kassi) until it was at Minimum special attack and out of Overheats. Then, Metalynx can come in and finish the job.
That Overheat is killer. Luckily managed to weaken his Special attack bad before getting my Archilles to finish him off. Ah the memories of the game. All my Mons were level 50 or so and Archilles 72. Still managed to sweep the league.
You can easily play around urayne tho, well playing around might result in a few deaths BUT (this is spoilers for his moves I guess) if you let urayne use overheat multiple times then he will only use atomic punch which isn't as strong so then you can easily finish him off

Good luck beating gamma urayne. At least its not challenge mode where Urayne is lvl 100 instead of 85. Also pls be careful of proton beam and overheat, those 2 moves eill 1 hit anything on your team
Ok ttar, if you lead with actan, he’ll guaranteed use overheat, if you are healed kassi go into her. Then it’ll go for a nuclear move (hopefully atomic ray as it’s special attack is lowered) so happy jr is the best bet. Sacrifice happy and win with actan
Okay so! When the game first released, Nuclear Actan was catchable as a glitch, and me and this guy who were racing with our beta-grinded pokemon both ended up catching it. I myself took FOUR RESETS before it finally got into the nuclear ball. However, we later found out about the massive oversight when it was mentioned to InvoluntaryTwitch, one of the creators. Even though it was later fixed, we were able to keep our Nuclear Actans...which looked great next to normal Actan XD
Definitely have faith in Happy, its got outrageous speed and Special Attack, fragile AF but if it hits, it most likely kills, every time. Bruh gamma Urayne is no joke, good luck in that fight
