It’s totally a Christmas movie, think about it. The most special child in the universe (kinda like Christ) born at a convergence (star of Bethlehem is theorized to be one), and the couple seeks asylum at an inn (or a lodge in Jotuhiem). Also, there are elves and Darcy was in the Christmas episode last season!
Either that eggshell had the properties of rubber before it dried, or she definitely had a c-section. A human laying an egg is pretty hilarious because we can barely birth babies. We literally have to collapse our sculls and squish our brain to escape our mothers' bodies, and many of us fail to. As a species, we kinda suck at reproducing, honestly. This kid _is_ a miracle.
Love you guys' energy on these reactions, Robert and Vanessa! You're probably the ones that get all of the callbacks and Easter eggs. Feliz Navidad to both of you and your families!
I just watched the entire episode and in no moment I stopped to think that huge thing came out of Darcy. I think it’s one of those things that’s better not to think about it too hard.
Robert, Robert, Robert! The story of a down and out couple, nobodies, who give birth to a child with vast powers and cosmic destiny who are hunted by dark forces?!! That doesn't sound ... familiar???
I have to confess, part of me expected that the child would be the Phoenix of this world. I know we are getting Storm, so I didn't think it would have been that much of a stretch.
Did anyone catch the neighbours name in the subtitles it is ms switzler aka Beverley from the movie and comics also the numbers on the board when they show Howard is arrested it is the year the film came out
What the duck did we even watch? Sorry. This was one scrambled episode. Sorry again. I have a condition. This sure was packed with a lot of eggs. Okay it's that special day so I better watch it. But really I just was dumfounded and I did take to a search engine about it. So there is this thing in Marvel comics called "Legion Of Losers" where every now and then they will make an over the top stories and select every thing that was denoted as low bar and jam it together. And that's what I saw here. Like every obscure MCU thing that was not well received was here. The third in rapid fire. And then some. I knew recognized it and that Loki design is from obscure one off What If comic book that I do not think was well received at all. They dug deep for all this. Oh and this is continued from the least well received episode of What If? (Thor parties) to my understanding which I think is a funny gag. Else and I have to try without spoiling just in case you end covering this the movie Howard The Duck 1986 is paid off here. This is almost a "How an MCU Howard The Duck film would have went". There was a running gag about interspecies relations that was strongly implied and they paid it off here. Sans nudity and I will leave that out for spoiler sakes. Also that Howard and his female human costar were musical was a running theme. Like a lot of the cues in this season these are things that the question had come up as to why this did not pan out this way or why they didn't go that route. And I like that and think it's novel. It's what gives this series a flavor and distinction from anything else in the MCU. Otherwise I still this series is just fun with no strings attached and the salty reviews I have read are perhaps incorrect to a degree. It isn't investing, that is true but that might be what is fun about it.

Funny Episode. Ridiculous but funny.

i already didn't like the episode and that just officially ruined it 😅
So basically Howard and Darcy’s kid was the real Marvel Jesus this whole time.
@sable-king2066 Deadpool is going to be very put out when he hears this.
10:45 I watched the first ice age so much that this is the dodo birds falling off the cliff and saying:” left, left, left, left”
I’m shocked how much I liked this one.
Kat Dennings and Seth Green really elevated an already fun story with their vocal performances.

Whoever’s voicing the Grandmaster is doing a damn good Jeff Goldblum impression!

Merry xmas lttp! Thanks for posting x
The best episode of this season for with an ending that happily gave me Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues flashbacks.

Merry Christmas!
For me, it's the most enjoyable ep of the season so far -- although still not approaching the best of last season.

Merry Christmas, guys.
This episode was more random than the Party Thor episode from Season 1!
5:31 *PUT THE COOKIE DOWN! NOW!!*
Merry Christmas to you
It's Matthew Friend playing the Grandmaster, so wo you were right.
What why wasn't Jeff Goldblum playing him?
Matthew does a lot of Jeff Goldblum impressions on various animated shows such as “The Simpsons”
Better than the last
This was a weird one lol

Howard the Duck was just too stupid for me

This season has been awful so far. They could literally do anything they wanted but so far they haven’t done much.
