I'm happy this is not another series where the main character takes the face of the other one. This goes much deeper and is more impactful. So far I'm really impressed with the actors and the series. Both Wang Xing Yue and Wu Jin Yan have made their characters truly believable. It's nice to see WXY in this very different character. I only know him from Amidst a Snowstorm of Love. I liked him there, but here he really impresses me.

I saw WJY first in My Bargaining Queen, her role there is strong and relialible, then now in the Double. I am not saying that she is not beautiful BUT her face is more suitable for modern drama than ancient, her face character is strong and bold, while for ancient drama..well, usually they choose a fine beauty to match the costume. But it's my opinion 😁
