I'm just an old lady now, but watching these clips transports me back to being 15 and lucky enough to experience the emergence of the Beatles! I loved them then....I love them now.
This is an incredibly high quality video . I was just a dumb 10 year old when the Beatles invaded the USA and didn't really know what all the excitement was about . only that my older sister had over night turned insane and seemed possessed by some unseen force, that drove her to cover her walls with Beatles stuff and talk incessantly about "Paul" . i'm an old man now and my sister is gone, and i cherish every one of those those memories.
I was 4 years old when my mom introduced me to the Beatles with I Want to hold your hand. I was 5 in 1969 and I remember hearing "Something" on the radio in my parents car for the first time, I didn't know I was hooked at that point, but it took me a few more years. I'm so lucky to live through the musical experience of the greatest musical group our world has lived through and ever will. Their songs are great on many levels but too watch their maturity and growth through their short span as a group is unmatched and will never be duplicated. I still get amazed everytime I see something I haven't seen yet such as this video. Something is still my favorite song they created. Pulls at my heart and soul every time I hear it. Love the Beatles!!
This is great! First time I've watched/listened to this video. I'm 65 and know all the words YIPPIE! There will NEVER EVER be a band as good as the Beatles. I could listen to them all day long. Oh! how I miss them. They live on in my heart forever. RIP John & George.

Was 12 years old in 1964 and saw some kids on the school bus carrying lunchboxes with “beetles” on them (now they must be worth big bucks!). And then The Beatles were on the Ed Sullivan show and I fell in love. They were cute and sang catchy songs. However, never really appreciated their unique musical genius until watching all of these UA-cam videos of their live performances. Thanks for posting.
They certainly are. Happy we still have some of them alive. Songs in past were about something, epspecialy songs written by the Beatles. Now songs are about shit, but that's because everyone wants to be a star on stage. Back then, only real born stars became stars, whereas nowaydays celebs like Paris Hilton produce shit songs, which is very primitive. I ma so glad we can always listen to them

Yes, I remember and loved the Beatle Days. My sister and I rode the bus to downtown to Watch “A Hard Day’s Night” and watched the Movie twice. We were in ❤️ with the Beatles.
Xmas '63 I was 16 yrs old, went to see their 'Xmas show' at Finsbury Park, London, then the next Xmas at The Hammersmith Odeon. I hate being 76 but, saying that, I consider myself very lucky to have been a teenager during those times.
This is absolutely incredible! Everytime I listen closely I discover something new that I never noticed before. But it was there the whole time. It keeps it just as fresh as it did when I first heard it. They are true artists in every way. Even the arrangements of the songs are absolutely incredible. The best band there ever was in the whole world.
And remember, all of this is LIVE. No fakery here. I'm just blown away at how George is able to play the lead on While My Guitar Gentle Weeps on an acoustic guitar! Incredible! (Or maybe Eric Clapton was hiding offstage somewhere.)
This was such an incredible time. Will always remember the Beatles and all their awesome music. Rock on beautiful souls. May you all be blessed when you remember 🥰
IT has now been 60 years since Ringo joined the band and Brian turned them into THE BEATLES ..... and after six decades, their music is still fresh, dynamic, awe inspiring, and priceless .... the Genius of John Lennon and Paul McCartney (principal composers) is unrivaled in modern times ----- and succeeding generations, yet to be born, will come to appreciate them every bit as much as those of us who grew up with them!
Music that takes me right back to when I was just a young kid in the 60s. The Sound of the Beatles played everywhere. A brilliant group responsible for the Beatlemania. Many many other great groups and singers around in the 60s before entering the fantastic sounds of the Seventies and Eighties decades. No one can better the Beatles ☺️ 🇬🇧
@@jessiej1194 hahaha yes sister was the same, remember the excitement of her first record player, Beatles played all the time. Some very good memories in there growing up in the 60s.
Love these old songs of the Beatles. They lifted my spirits at 14 & plus now that I: an old 71 year old that I feel 14 all over again inside because of their enthusiasm, lyrics & beautiful harmonies these tunes rejuvenate mme as well as any other!♥️♥️♥️
Огромная благодарность, всем тем кто бережет, охраняет и выкладывает в интернет, это истинно народное достояние своего государства! Пусть Битлз живёт веками! Пусть эти великолепные ребята, навсегда остаются в сердцах у миллионов!!!
Iconic songwriting, daring innovation, great harmonies, virtuoso multi-intrumental musicianship...there will never be another groundbreaking, influential band like the Beatles.
I was 5 years old when the Beatles broke up and 2 years later I discovered the best band in the world the Beatles my first album was the Red album a compilation of early material no where man was my favourite song it's been a 50 year love affair with their music long live truly great music nothing modern compares too classic rock go the Beatles
I was 7 yrs old when the Beatles first appeared on the Ed Sullivan show. My parents laughed as I eaked out a scream like the girls in the audience. The next time mom took me to the corner store she bought me a pack of Beatle cards. This was very unusual because normally I wouldn't get any more than a penny candy. I think the cards were 10 cents. She really splurged. Today I am a 64 year old starving artist with the dream still in my heart of making a career of my music like so many others. Thanks to the Beatles.
...I lived through this era...while a fan of jazz as a young teenager in 1964...Dave Brubeck, John Coltrane, Oscar Peterson, Errol Garner, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald...this group was such a breath of fresh air, that I had to take notice...and here we are 59 years later...and I listen to everything. Talent is talent, and these "youngsters" were certainly that...they certainly changed the way popular music was performed...and presented...
What a wonderful video. THANKS FOR SHARING. I have never thought that I could in 2022, as an old person watch the Beatles performing on stage!!! Gee whiz! What should I give as a 15 y.o. teenager to see this video! But at that time there were only black and white TV, and records.
Sin Tanta tecnología..3 guitarras y una bateria.. que excelente agrupación y que belleza de música. Pasarán nuevas generaciones y a todas les encarará la música de LOS BEATLES
They had to be good for they learned first-hand in Hamburg what a finely polished band should sound like and they were together for years before really hitting the top. I played in quite a number of bands since 1965. The same things crashed them too eventually, viz. different tastes in music; their differences in musical mastery of their instruments; drugs; their wives weren't so close as their husbands and the big screw-up of bands? Jealousy. BUT! Without doubt the greatest pop band ever and like The Shadows, taught most of us now in our senior years to fall in love with guitars and music in general. RIP John and George and God bless brilliant Paul and very likeable Ringo.
Thanks for posting this, so many memories. Seems just a few yrs back when I was 9 yrs old I saw the Beatles at the Montreal Forum and now I'm 70 yrs old. Where has the time gone. The Beatles have been there practically my whole life. I'm thankful to born at the right era to have their music in my life ❤ 🎶🎵🎸🎸🎹🎹🎼🎶🎵
Beautiful footage. Historic. Captures the Beatles while and when they were a performing rock and roll band. Before they had become the icons of the age but also showing Why they became the icons of our age. Pure energy, excitement, charisma and raw talent. Brian Epstein and later George Martin truly were the fifth Beatles back in the day. John, Paul, George and Ringo were the instruments but management helped make them The Beatles!
I’ve never heard an explanation of Beatlemania, but I know what I still feel when I hear these songs. I’m 13 years old again and feel totally alive. I am so very very lucky and grateful for living through this special time.
YOU WERE 13 AND DIDN'T WATCH THE NEWS??? IN 1964 THE BEATLES WERE EVERYWHERE...GIRLS WERE GOING MAD OVER THEM...THE BARBERS WERE CUSSING THEM BECAUSE THE BARBERSHOPS WERE EMPTY. LONG HAIR WAS IN...
Randi--Alistair Crowley, the Satanist the Beatles loved who claimed to be the devil's right hand man, is behind much evil in Hollywood and the music scene--Crowley taught: "Do what thou wilt--it is the whole of the law." "It's your thing, do what you wanna do." (Isley Bros.) In other words, don't obey the real law, do whatever you want. This teaching has served to help wreck society for the last 75 years--Crowley "the beast," his own mother called him, died in 1949.

i was smiling the whole time, almost felt like crying.. this is so much happiness.. i am a 31-year old lady and i never thought I'd feel being inside the Beatlemania just by listening to their songs and admiring their works and the band as well.. if i feel strongly this way then i could only imagine the madness way back in the 60s.. it also just so happen, that I'd made the right decision to comfort myself through classic old songs, and i encountered the Beatles; begun my my Beatles marathon right then while i was confined in the hospital back at the end of 2019.. Beatles' songs kept me company, and until today i couldn't get enough of them.. they're still a mystery to me in spite of all the articles i could read and watch about them.. this band was just so surreal.. the biggest regret was not that i wasn't born during their time and experience their journey to being legends first hand, but i honestly wish they never had to break up, hurting each other.. i wish they'd matured and moved on positively from all the heartaches earlier and made up like i wish they had a group photo together somewhere, being old and all, before one of them rested in peace.. i just love them to the core is all
there will NEVER be another band like THE BEATLES..i'm a 64 year old musician,,and i'm still in awe and humbled by their genious...the BEATLES forever...

It's 9:09 A.M. on Sunday , November 20 , 2022 . I'm listening to a version of this recording that was re-mixed to give a bit more clarity to the vocals and other higher textures . I'm about to be sixty-five years old . These songs are sooooo much a part of my consciousness . The nostalgia washes over me , as a lifetime of memories come and go in a matter of moments . Do your best to live whatever dreams you have in your heart , because you only have one chance to get it right . Don't hold grudges because they only make you unhappy . Life is short . Be happy .
hello Stan, like me i'm 68 years old now, i' m french who live in Portugal. remember this time, i had a girl pen friend for learn english , and we are always friends, since 56 years, it's incredible, in 1966 first time for me in england and we listen these songs, it was the beginning for the beatles in France. what a gooooood time !!!😃🎸🎸

Wow to see the Hey Jude session was FANTASTIC, Magical. And to think Cynthia's heart was being smashed. Julian will soon have a tribute song that will be the most iconic Beatle song EVER! It's his song. And even though he doesn't get invited to future award shows honoring his dad along with Yoko and his half brother, the world will sing Hey Jude till forever. RIP John, George and sweet Cynthia.
In the hearts and lives of those of us who knew them, they'll never be forgotten. Very sad to live within the twilight of their contributions. They were four lads destined to make a huge imprint on our lives. God Bless the Beatles.
I was one of those lucky ones. I was 16, when I saw them in Melbourne Australia, at festival hall. Best part i had a front row seat. Beatles, Stones, Kinks, the who, Animals, etc, etc,... Great time to be alive 🎉🎉🎉🎉
One key to the Beatles longevity is that they finished making music before they turned 30! So their music sounds fresh and youthful because they were young when they recorded it. Their music is forever young as a result! And the quality of the songs and singing is amazing! They still sound good and modern! Forever Young! No wonder they attract new fans every generation! They were our modern day Mozart’s or Beethoven! Great melodies and harmonies! 😮😊👏🏻🎼
Just about 77, still playing and still doing some Beatles… greatest band ever , bar none… remember watching their 1st Ed Sullivan performance with my band at that time… we just stared in amazement.. even though we didn’t acquire the gear they were playing we were the first band in the area to have Beatles outfits and boots… ahh to be 80 pounds lighter again😂.. great memories !
The four Beatles are great.what a strong personality John Lennon had♥️ while my guitar gently wheeps is a beautiful song totally touching made with much talent.Bravo George!!! Love Beatles forever ♥️👏👏❤️
Wow! Thats the first time I've seen this awards show. Just wow! I'm 71 years young as long as my ears, heart, brain can function and hear, feel and undedtand these guys.
Nothing like Beatle mania, before or since. While they were far from the first Rock 'n Roll band, and borrowed much from earlier artists, it is hard to imagine how different and fresh this sounded in 1963-64. It completely reinvigorated and changed the direction of Rock 'n Roll.
I'm happy your young daughter is listening to their beautiful music. IMHO today's music is nothing but garbage and I feel sorry for today's kids who were not as lucky as we were to grow up when music was excellent.

As a boy in the 60's listening to this on the radio it was really infectious, I guess it's one of those, you had to be there.
This is where modern technology should be used. Good quality video.
The best group ever I was a teen and couldn't get enough of the Beatles.
@@jessiej1194 hahaha yes sister was the same, remember the excitement of her first record player, Beatles played all the time. Some very good memories in there growing up in the 60s.
They were one of the best groups

Forever grateful to have been alive at a time I could dig this music!
Love these old songs of the Beatles. They lifted my spirits at 14 & plus now that I: an old 71 year old that I feel 14 all over again inside because of their enthusiasm, lyrics & beautiful harmonies these tunes rejuvenate mme as well as any other!♥️♥️♥️
I agree with you and at 71 years young now 2024, listening and watching this video makes these bones rock! Thanks for sharing.
Огромная благодарность, всем тем кто бережет, охраняет и выкладывает в интернет, это истинно народное достояние своего государства! Пусть Битлз живёт веками! Пусть эти великолепные ребята, навсегда остаются в сердцах у миллионов!!!

There have been many, actually . . .
I was 5 years old when the Beatles broke up and 2 years later I discovered the best band in the world the Beatles my first album was the Red album a compilation of early material no where man was my favourite song it's been a 50 year love affair with their music long live truly great music nothing modern compares too classic rock go the Beatles
Best band ever
2 guitarras y un bajo, aweonao
The Beatles harmonies were so good, they had no monitors to help. Their harmony had to be perfect, so great it just blows me away.
mcartney and harrison. it was just all of them. it was the perfect mix in a band
They could hear. no way you can sing those harmonies without hearing

I’ve never heard an explanation of Beatlemania, but I know what I still feel when I hear these songs. I’m 13 years old again and feel totally alive. I am so very very lucky and grateful for living through this special time.

Are you English??! Mate,
YOU WERE 13 AND DIDN'T WATCH THE NEWS??? IN 1964 THE BEATLES WERE EVERYWHERE...GIRLS WERE GOING MAD OVER THEM...THE BARBERS WERE CUSSING THEM BECAUSE THE BARBERSHOPS WERE EMPTY. LONG HAIR WAS IN...
Randi--Alistair Crowley, the Satanist the Beatles loved who claimed to be the devil's right hand man, is behind much evil in Hollywood and the music scene--Crowley taught: "Do what thou wilt--it is the whole of the law." "It's your thing, do what you wanna do." (Isley Bros.)
In other words, don't obey the real law, do whatever you want.

Beatles' songs kept me company, and until today i couldn't get enough of them.. they're still a mystery to me in spite of all the articles i could read and watch about them.. this band was just so surreal..
the biggest regret was not that i wasn't born during their time and experience their journey to being legends first hand, but i honestly wish they never had to break up, hurting each other.. i wish they'd matured and moved on positively from all the heartaches earlier and made up like i wish they had a group photo together somewhere, being old and all, before one of them rested in peace..
i just love them to the core is all
Such a wonderful walk back to a Life that was the best. I am so proud of my era and especially The Beatles xxx
there will NEVER be another band like THE BEATLES..i'm a 64 year old musician,,and i'm still in awe and humbled by their genious...the BEATLES forever...

Be happy .

Impossible Rita. This world is against our happiness. The deck is stacked against us. The only way to be happy is to die before the world takes you, engulfs you, your life, and all your dreams. Don't feed these people a line of bull shit!!
At 63 years old, it still sounds like good advice. The nostalgia rushed over me when listening to this. Memories of good times and those old feelings I haven't felt in many years.

In the hearts and lives of those of us who knew them, they'll never be forgotten. Very sad to live within the twilight of their contributions. They were four lads destined to make a huge imprint on our lives. God Bless the Beatles.
How lucky those teenage people in the 1960s who witnessed how this band The Beatles enchanted the world with their kind of music.
I was one of those lucky ones. I was 16, when I saw them in Melbourne Australia, at festival hall. Best part i had a front row seat. Beatles, Stones, Kinks, the who, Animals, etc, etc,... Great time to be alive 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Wow, indeed! One of the best nights of my short life: I'm only 76. Haha

Thank you you tube. There's still some real rockers out there!
I grew up with their songs through my elder brother who used to listen to them as well. I still love and listen to their songs.
Nothing like Beatle mania, before or since. While they were far from the first Rock 'n Roll band, and borrowed much from earlier artists, it is hard to imagine how different and fresh this sounded in 1963-64. It completely reinvigorated and changed the direction of Rock 'n Roll.
Beautiful playing. All great songs. Hey Bulldog, Nowhere Man, Back in the USSR and The End are noticeably absent. Thank you.
My daughter is 10 years now and she is huge Beatle fan. Their music still fascinates young people and still will in the year 2100 ;-)
I'm happy your young daughter is listening to their beautiful music. IMHO today's music is nothing but garbage and I feel sorry for today's kids who were not as lucky as we were to grow up when music was excellent.
Today's music cannot be compared to this. The Beatles music will never die. I cannot stop listening to the Fab 4
