Overall my biggest issue with Love is Blind is these people cosplay marriage. For the most part, they aren’t ready for the turbulence and beauty of marriage. They only want the beauty part and haven’t fully worked on themselves or even know what they actually want AND need from a spouse. That’s why it’s so cringy, awkward and ultimately, entertaining to watch. The producers did their big one. 😅

Once AD essentially told him to ‘get out’, the echoes of Dr Umar’s TikTok’s thumped him on his head and he realised that he’s really going to make a life long commitment to a white woman. Seeing as he’s never dated a white woman before and comes across very very culturally black, I think he made the right decision. However they really suited each other but once he got the ick, it was over. I just didn’t like the way he tapped out and was disrespectful with being glued to his phone. Empathy left the chat and his young age showed at that point.

The thing with Clay and the working thing is the marriage will fail if he doesn’t make time to spend time with AD. AD needs to get accustomed to her fiancé being an entrepreneur, BUT why bother coming on a show to find a wife, if you don’t have space in your life, even for simple relationship? He’s going to have to figure that out and they’re going to have to compromise. It can be as simple as two evenings a week are for them to spend time together.
