If you can build in the water in front of the base, put a lot of ocean platforms or extend a lot of metal pillars from the bottom of the water, you can get in the way of the raft! Excuse me from Japan
You were kicked from your tribe because your character duped during the rollback and when you loaded your duped character onto the server it deleted the original copy so your base is owned by a member less tribe.
