I've been using the 5 minutes timer and wanted to try 10 minutes. It is harder (even on my muscles) so probably before turning to 15 i will just stay a bit more after this one ends when I'll feel comfortable with 10 minutes. This series is awesome, thank you❤

I prefer it instead of normal ring tones. I just play it before meditation to adjust the volume, if it is not too lower and not too high I find it is perfect to "get you back" but not shock you
But still you did it! Don't give up, be consistent and the effort will pay off. I've recently started mediating for 10 minutes (I did 5 minutes for some time) and yesterday it was easy, today very long❤
I used this timer to spend the time thanking God for everything in my life....gratitude turns it all around. Say "thank you, God" and really mean it.

The main reason i use this is that it has an alarm that doesnt get me a heart attack like iphone timer.
