    I used this timer to spend the time thanking God for everything in my life....gratitude turns it all around. Say "thank you, God" and really mean it.

    I've been using the 5 minutes timer and wanted to try 10 minutes. It is harder (even on my muscles) so probably before turning to 15 i will just stay a bit more after this one ends when I'll feel comfortable with 10 minutes. This series is awesome, thank you❤

    Excellent simple video. The bell helps you begin to enter that meditative state, and helps you come back to the regular state of consciousness quickly at 10 minutes. Thank you.

      The main reason i use this is that it has an alarm that doesnt get me a heart attack like iphone timer.

      I prefer it instead of normal ring tones. I just play it before meditation to adjust the volume, if it is not too lower and not too high I find it is perfect to "get you back" but not shock you

      But still you did it! Don't give up, be consistent and the effort will pay off. I've recently started mediating for 10 minutes (I did 5 minutes for some time) and yesterday it was easy, today very long❤

    At the end you are so tired that you just turn off you phone and fall in a deep sleep (doing body scan methode with this)
