If in case there is an issue between them, are there no longer elders that can be consulted among the Christian family to settle it than to bring their cases to unbelievers and get themselves embarrassed. If as a shepherd, he can't managed such issue from an aclaimed senior minister, how will he be able to contain a more messier act from the inexperienced ones coming behind?
