thank you for this in-depth flip through, claire! these books are absolutely darling. i've yet to try using my alcohol markers with these amazon-printed colouring books, but i'd love to try it out sometime soon! especially layering coloured pencils over top. these books remind me a little of another precious colouring series called "the matchstick mouse"! i think you'd find them quite delightful, too. :) i only have the springtime book, but i'd love to see some flip throughs by you, if it was something that tickled your fancy of course!
I have the witch's 2nd and third colouring books. I love her illustrations too and have coloured the one where they're selling herbs and some sort of refreshment in a kettle at a little outdoor stall (wagon?) My derwent chromaflows behave very nicely on the paper in spit of the thinness and subpar quality.... Your colourings are always so beautiful ; must try alcohol markers next time!
Thanks for the flip throughs. I totally agree with using markers on Amazon paper, have you tried pencil shading ON TOP? I have seen lots of people doing that in videos.

These books are absolutely beautiful I love them .. can you only get them off Amazon and are they on Amazon paper please I can’t pick a favourite I love them all 😂tysmfs 😊
I like them all but love the lonely pumpkin ones due to the thick lines for alcohol marker work. I believe it’s a female pumpkin. She’s wearing a dress. Also the one in her robe the design is very frilly and girlie. The costume one is a dress and there is a ribbon on her head lol.

The Lonely Pumpkin is obviously a ‘she’, as she’s wearing a dress, tights and maryjanes!
