PACE winter session 2025 - 1st sitting - 27 January

This sitting of PACE saw the opening of the session, and an address by His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.
The Assembly, which brings together parliamentarians from the 46 nations of the Council of Europe, is holding its winter plenary session in Strasbourg (27-31 January 2025).
