This song is personal to him. He was in fatal wreck when he was a kid and watch his dad die. Break down the lyrics he takes it out on God. Love this.

Every time I see them live and they do Dethrone I have to remind myself that Noah had a whole ass collapsed lung when he was younger and it’s like CLEARLY IT DIDNT LEAVE LASTING EFFECTS BC GAHTDAMN
YES, I said the same thing about Noah's screams being similar to Landon Tewers. They both engage their real cords on their fry screams to add kind of a warbly-cry sound. "Miracle" really highlights this sound for Noah.
"this one better be heavy" proceeds to get ears melted... you could say it's a tad heavy.
So I've heard a rumor that makes sense about this song. The rumor states Noah was in a car accident that killed his father. "Let me take you back to when I was killed and born again, woke up in the light convinced my life had made it to its end" could reference his near death experience. "... my father drained of blood" is sadly referring to his father's death. Then obviously the chorus is his anger towards a God who allowed that to happen. Then the first line of the second verse is "did you think you could dig deep enough to bury me? Its over when i say and youre not getting rid of me" A taunt at God for trying to kill him. The rumor may not be true, Noah hasn't confirmed it, but it makes alot of thematic sense.

Song Story/Meaning - The lyrics are about a protagonist who feels like they have been killed and born again. They wake up feeling like their life has ended but they are burning under the sun and their father is drained of blood. They have a strong message for God, expressing anger and frustration towards Him. The protagonist wants to go to heaven, look God in the eye, and spit in His face. They don't want God to be hit on the way out when the protagonist takes His place. The protagonist feels like they cannot be gotten rid of and challenges God to either walk into their fire or step into their light, warning that either way it's going to burn if God doesn't make things right.
Why it was written (according to lore) - Noah (The lead singer) was in a car crash when he was younger with his father and 2 friends. Noah was unfortunately the only one to survive. (Is what I have seen on most forums). Which is why he is so angry at God in this song.
"Let me take you back to when I was killed and born again, Woke up in the light convinced my life had made it to its end, Burning up beneath the sun while my father drained of blood, If he's there, I've got a message for the man that's up above, fuck you!"
