Oh man, how I remember the heavy days of the mid-1980s with Romancing the Stone. Went with my father to the cinema to see this film, didn't disappoint one bit. Jack Burton. The blistering sound of Alfred Newman's How the West Was Won and some bloke called Solo, not Han who scared the living shit out of me. Fox made a ton out of Romancing, but the executives didn't think the film would land on soft ground. $90+ million later and a sequel that didn't make much sense called Jewel something. When the Going Get's Tough Fox dumps out a rushed and goofy sequel, but I didn't mind the main theme by Precious Wilson. 😊
Romancing the Stone is a great movie... that Sandra Bullock movie where she's a writer that gets thrust into a treasure adventure, that was totally a soft remake of Romancing, Right? or was it just me that got that vibe?

Romancing the stone is great and I love the guest, like an 80s film and a quality soundtrack
I haven't met a person that dislikes it
Really great pick up love the star wards trilogy and in-betweeners was a great hilarious show, that 50 years of James Bond looks amazing

Loved both as a child but the second isn't as good now mainly because they separate the 2 of them
