Her journey to Swami shows that when we have a mind open to good thoughts and, more importantly, a heart open to love and service, God comes to us. Usually, we have people who experience Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and then turn to service as their offering of love to Him. Her case was the opposite - service led her to God!
