Excellent video; I'm still struggling to let go of my seven-year relationship. My former significant other, who I genuinely thought was the love of my life, broke up with me a month ago, and I just can't seem to move on. I'm feeling irritated and powerless since nothing has worked to bring him back into my existence. I've tried to move on, but my heart still hurts for him, and I can't see myself with anyone else. I apologise for posting this here, but I just can't seem to move on from missing him.
It's difficult to say goodbye to someone you love; I know this from my 12-year relationship. But I was unable to let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually had to seek help from a spiritual counsellor.

This came exactly when I needed it. I'm in a lot of physical pain today, or at least I WAS, and I asked the universe to help me. An hour later I got the notification for this and by the end my pain had greatly reduced. That's not what I even saw in the fountain but it worked anyways. Thank you ❤ and to anybody reading this, I hope you know how worthy you are of all the good in the world and I hope you are a force for good in others lives too, spreading love and peace 💖
It’s been over a month since I’ve listened. I’ve been dealing with a bacterial infection that landed me in the ICU and Rehab hospital for a month. Back home now and working on regaining my strength. Finding that inner fountain of life was such a gift from this meditation. Thank you for this journey to rediscover that inner strength and healing power. Good health to all here 😍🙏🏼💕
Good morning. You are not alone. My ex left me after he said he wanted to married me. So it has been hard to let go, however you can do it because I am doing it. Each day does get better. I started self living myself and enjoying me today. It gets better. You are not alone
This reflection truly resonates both literally & metaphorically… coz there’s a fountain here at pool of the clubhouse where I swim in the afternoon… I use this meditation then go to the fountain & pool & swim & release those unnecessary thoughts & energy in life… thank you 😊
Despite not being able to filly immerse myself in meditation today (too many distractions) i still felt the affects of it! Hopefully tomorrow i can immerse myself more and get the most out of this session. Thank you so much 🙏
That was beautiful! I have realized that since I started visual meditation I have created my own world which I always get back to and it just expands each time (the forest is a new)! I really like that, it’s like a safe space now

I had went trough a super abusive matter where I was threatened to be killed because of a neighbour I am now stable in my job and upgrading in a college program (my second diploma) and on my way to becoming a early learnings teacher! Thank you for the last 6 months of guided meditation and positive affirmations. I am still and always working on myself but this has helped me so much! Thank you I am trying my best to not victimize myself and finding that self healing as well seeing it in my community 😭😭♥️♥️♥️ after have a veil of thinking they supported a video document of myself being attacked By a ex partner and neighbour.
After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!!
