I am an old timer, and attended many Elvis shows in the 70's, in Vegas and around the country. One thing I remember that sticks in my mind, is whenever Elvis hit the stage, the entire auditorium lit up like daylight from all the flash bulbs from cameras going off. I never saw this at any other entertainers show.... Elvis would stand there and the place would go crazy and light up like daylight.... amazing. A once in a lifetime phenomena.... good memories.

He was, and still is a huge part of my life! I don't think I will ever get over seeing this incredible man in concert!!! :)
And you speak of fantasy! when he was on stage, he was like magic, very hard to explain, My first concert was 1972, and I was 14 yrs old, and we were 10 rows from the stage and I thought I would DIE!! LOL He was so amazing to look at, He did not look real. So so very good looking.

When Elvis was on the stage he sang to each person in an individual way it was like you were the only person in the arena he was amazing , I would love to see him live again.
I feel the same man, what I would give to have been alive to experience this man in person. Just rejoice in the fact that Elvis didn't leave us completely, he is very much still alive in all our hearts. We will forever listen and admire this man and the contribution he gave to our world :-)
Great song by Elvis with his POWERFUL voice! I saw him live in Las Vegas in 1973 & was the best concert ever!!!! Las Vegas - Hilton! Nobody comes close to Elvis! We sat approx. 20 feet from Elvis for he wanted his fans up close & we also had a great meal - (4) tickets & dinner - $79. Someone cancelled out & we got the tickets. All of Elvis concerts were sold out.

If people still are fasicnated when they hear Elvis sing and still new young people are among the audience- i think thats a good proof that Elvis really was something special unique, something you never will find again when speaking about a fantastic voice, a voice you can hear over and over again.
