Once Rick and Michonne left, I was done with the show. I liked Daryl and Carol, but the heart of the show was Rick and Michonne.

Ratings started to fall in season 6, before Negan killed Glenn and Abraham.
No one cared that Carl died. Actually, most people thought the actor was a bad actor.

That's just not true though. Look at the ratings chart I showed in the video. Some viewers did stop watching but the biggest drop is after Carl's death and also Chandler Riggs is an amazing actor.

@@HowlerFilmss it's not true , Ur right ..what planet this guy was on but it wasn't earth, maybe he watched it non broadcast, because killing Carl lost wd masses of supporters. Esp ones watching only because of the comic book which was around long long before 5he series ..my friend bought to my house issue one back in day. I asked him to get me it too as he got it from a bookstore in city we live in wilds.he said they only get in a few copies sorry..in other words he wanted to be the og having it and no one else..years later he dropped a huge stack of comics at my house to lend. Inc issue one to about 50 unbroken ,. Then issues missing here and there..a year two passes he gets robbed at his house and everything stolen. He has new chick and we not see each other or keep in touch for 2 yr. Then he comes over and I produce all comics ...he says damn I thought they got stolen from house..forgot they here..takes them.. years later show becomes reality...he sells his issue one for about 700quid. It's not immaculate condition but not ripped..now the only issue I have issue 4 I think..I had on floor and coffee spillt all over it ruined.it..anyway years later again and comic issue no 1 is selling for masses and masses ..so if I'd kept those mags like most peep would instead being good friend...and my friend not seen him for over ten years..he looks at my channel now and again. Hardly even ever texts..let alone rings or visit..should of kept them ....l!???? Life...shitting on the little man.

You’re both wrong and both right.
People did defect after Gimple killed off Carl because of why and how he did it. But Chandler Riggs was a terribly misdirected actor until the very end. His later work was workmanlike but no one would call him an “amazing actor.” He’s just okay. People loved the character and his future arc according to the comics and the “old man Carl” fan theory about how the series was being told from his perspective.
But I think we can all agree that the children were directed badly overall (a couple of exceptions,) and the girl who played Judith (Caley Fleming,) was just awful.
