"WHERE IS THE NEST? The nest is along the Little Miami National Wild & Scenic River in SW Ohio USA near South Lebanon Ohio on private property. We don't disclose more detail to avoid trespassing and nest disturbance. Thanks for your understanding!

BACKGROUND: Sept 27, 2021 - Little Miami Bald Eagle Nest Camera Goes Online! Thousands of area birders are celebrating with the official posting today of the Little Miami Conservancy (LMC) Bald Eagle Camera. The cameras were installed on September 23, 2021 because Bald Eagle nesting activity is at a minimum this time of year.
Months in the planning (and funding support) by LMC and Jurgensen Companies of Sharonville Ohio, the dream became a reality last week. Log on to the Little Miami Conservancy UA-cam to view the camera around the clock! Jurgensen Companies 's Craig Ousley and Erin Bill issued this joint statement earlier today, "This bald eagle live feed camera is a wonderful way to educate and inform the community of the important efforts being made in the conservation of the species. We're honored and proud to be a part of this project."

I watched one where mom gave him one bite. Then dad arrived and mom left. Dad fed the little one alot. Little one seemed more assured to come up close to be fed without being so afraid. But tgem mom came with a big stick and interupted dads feeding the little one. They adults bickered over the big stick and dad got up and left. But at least dad fed little one a lot that time.

*I know it's normal behavior, but at the same time it's difficult to watch the dominant chick bully it's younger siblings! If only they knew how to strategize and take revenge on the bully!* *Use your wings to keep bully from attacking you, it's just that simple!*
