I found your story and ancillary advice regarding, grounding, healing and energy work extremely beneficial. I spent nearly half of my life trying to heal from my accumulative soul's trauma but thankfully, ultimately found that healing through a deep shamanic healing session in 2020. I also, was able to come off my anti-anxiety medication that, I had been prescribed for 22 years and replace it for Meditation (which, I practice daily and find crucial to supporting my mental and emotional stability and remaining within the wisdom of my higher Self). I also, find Reiki extremely helpful to clearing energy blockages (I find I have to work on keeping my heart chakra open so that, is something I am always consciously aware of). Just for the knowing of so called Reiki: My cousin in Greece did this 2004 and after that and from this moment on he started to hear voices and had a time of years in fears and horror. Just don't do it, don't open anything inside you - through nobody. Research the web for warnings & testimonials and reade and at least be prepared. I have to mention this all. I'm sorry for any business intention behind it. My solution to everything is: Go to the source, go to God and be connected. Heal through love, prayer, fasting and so on. Do those things - healing will come.
You literally have to stop feeling shunned and unloved before God can show you… you’re emitting the energy I am unloved and god allows us to experience what we believe, hence our freedom and free will… so think of it like this, God always says yes, he always agrees with you, so you must say God loves me, God is on my side, and you must also address your negative thinking…things will improveonce you stop believing in the truth of your negative statements.
Surround yourself with people who make you happy, and things that please and comfort you, have a pet?..a pet takes you 'outside' of yourself as they will give love and need your care, - start your day with positive intentions and remind yourself during the day several times...you can do this!

I've not come to one person telling that he or she has seen something like that. Obviously energy can’t be seen with the physical eyes but hundreds of people have reported “seeing” chakras with the third eye. In my extensive research of energy and healing in general, I’ve been surprised by how many people report their personal experience of chakras … these people come from every time period and background possible. It seems impossible to NOT be true!
I look at mine through meditation. In fact it’s kind of interesting i just finished looking at my chakras. I’ve been dealing with migraines the last few days so i went into meditation today with the intention to see what the heck is blocked. I spent a lot of time looking at my crown and third eye chakras. I myself, well, intrigued by the observations of NDE People, who seem genuine, well, what they call the Akashic Records, seem to be what I would call the Collective Consciousness. I also believe that there is already Gravity Modulation Technology out there, but it is being kept Secret (to protect the Price for Coal, Oil or even Nuclear which would go to Zero if someone were to come up with Gravity Mod Free Energy . You see, if you have Gravity Modulation, then you would automatically have Free Energy, because you could use Gravity Mod in a Mill Wheel, like a water wheel, with heavy on the down side of the wheel and heavy on the up side. The Dynamo would be off a shaft and effectively in a different gravitational Universe then the Grav Mod effected Wheel, this circumventing Newtonian Conservation of Enerrgy, that is, that it might be able to consume less power on the Power Wheel End than is produced by the Dynamo. Totally speaking my language I sleep on a grounding pad designed by Clint Ober's company if anyone has not heard of it look it up. Humans need the electrons naturally that are coming from the Earth it is what grounds you. A grounded person cannot have inflammation. Thank you Heavenly Father for providing for me and my sons because I haven’t been able to provide for them. When I wanted to give up or when I was harassed over sharing my struggles you comforted me. As a single mother with two children with special needs it can be overwhelming especially because I constantly struggle making ends meet. As I struggle to buy groceries each and every month and as I struggle to pay rent you have never left my side. Thank you Lord.
