@ haha I can only imagine. I’m wanting to put one of these units in my ‘84 300ZX, I really was avoiding messing with the OEM look of the car but I just like this unit. I’ll have to find something that somehow blends in an 80’s interior
@@Solos_E-Class yeah when I connect my I phone to the usb it’s no different than the Bluetooth CarPlay but I got my update to work and was wondering about how you got the loading screen to change did you go into the settings and it’s the one labeled change logo ?
@@westcoastw33d13 I swear I got it off of the product page, but that doesn't seem to exists anymore. So I used the wayback and got a copy of the page but the info wasn't there. I was able to find the download page for firmware but it's not there either. So with all of that said, here's the deal with this one. You have to rename the JPG to changelogo. What you do with it after is a mystery, I was incredibly faded when I did this and can't remember anything other then I followed instructions that doesn't seem to exists anymore. I wish I could be more help.
Did you upload the images through the flash drive?
Nice work!
Thank you! Yes, I used the usb. The new firmware update made it very easy to try out. Getting the images to line up, we'll that was a thing lol.

@@brawdz31 I hear you, if it didn't come with the car I wouldn't have installed it. I prefer the look and feel of OEM over anything aftermarket.
thats the apple car play that has all that stuff that your talking about
Ah, that makes since. Sucks that android is so barebones. From what I can tell there is no difference between aa and just connecting via bt.
