2017 marked the 30th anniversary of Radio New York International. Here is a montage of news coverage that covers July 24 through July 27, 1987. As you can see, even the press had no idea what the actual laws were. There's footage from Randi and Ivan's special midday "press show" from 7/25 and Ivan's late-night show from 7/26.
