As a 27 year just starting my own property management company and also as someone who has spent almost 10 years living with various flatmates I can tell you....the most important thing is to pick the right tenant....And I got a good idea for it after years 😅Some people put on a nice fasade to convince you and then two months later they will trash the place while high and drunk out of their mind
Please how do you get tenants into your properties fast. Iv got my first rental property buh I'm scared of not finding tenants on time which will leave me taking care of the property monthly expenses

120 is only for them to manage, u pay for every damage tenants do to your place, security deposit can be taken if damage surpassed normal wear and tear. Most of the time management companies are just collecting ur $ they dont care if ure property is trashed by tenants or not, thats why you gotta make sure you have your own inspector that can do independent inspections every year.

I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks...
