If you’re a beginner with no prior experience (SMMA etc) I feel like Growth Operating is the way because it is a much more beginner friendly and easier to deliver than IPGA. However, if you can make some great case studies and deliver results with GO you can then transition into IPGA.
Both of them are very similar and at the end of the day both of them work. IPGA is way more complicated and advanced especially for beginners whereas Growth Operating might be a smoother entry into the info-product space.

IPGA makes an overall big impact if both are compared and done to their maximum capabilities.

i think there's an overlap when it comes to ipga and growth operating. ipga is a more holistic full spectrum approach with the education and community aspect while growth operating is more focused on building a solid online community, centred on the influencer and the shared interests of the group. ipga has more moving parts and is more complicated than growth operating and i think it has more value to offer everyone involved than in growth operating
