This interviewer is terrible, he's just reading Graham's bio off of Wikipedia ad verbatim, dude, read that stuff to yourself beforehand and learn it. What's the point of reading it to Graham? he obviously knows it all lol. Then he goes into so much fawning over Gino Vanelli but knows nothing about Santana. He makes it sound like Graham joined them right after Woodstock lol, and says they were 'on the rise' when it fact Graham joined in '76 during a lull in Santana's career when the previous few albums had flopped. Then he asks Graham if he played Congas in Santana? LMAO! dude have you ever seen them live? or at least seen footage of them? c'mon man Anyone who is watching this is going to obviously be a fan of Graham and already know all this stuff anyway, but this dude could have done some better research, geez.
Amazing Drummer
Wow , his drumming on Moonflower is stunning and that solo !
What a nice interview with Graham Lear. He is a classy guy and an amazing drummer.
Graham is the reason why I started playing drums and followed him from Gino Vannelli on. Very underrated drummer!!! Love him
He's an awesome drummer.
First time I heard Moonflower I was totally blown away. That solo is amazing.
Best drummer Santana had. Graham the great!
Hahaha, my brother and I used to say, "The great Graham Lear". We both learned a lot of drumming from that Moonflower album.
