I feel you. But you can pretty much find ANY information for free online, so why pay for courses/books at all?
Because you don't know what you don't know. And THAT'S what will hold you back the most in life.
You're basically paying to skip the trial and error period which can take years off of your journey to success.
If you could go back 3 years and pay $1K to know everything that your current self knows, wouldn't that be worth it?

Hamza's not a scammer but his course prices don't make sense for his audience at all lmaoo. He tailors his videos to young men and losers who wanna get their life together because they're super down bad but charges thousands of dollars for virtual courses to help with that. The people who can afford to drop $2K on a virtual lunch table probably don't need it as much as the people who cant afford it

    • @JordanGreenYT

This is definitely a valid argument. That said, the reason why creators charge this much is because these higher ticket courses often come with accessibility.
If Hamza made his community $30 per month to join, he'd probably have 10K members, and no one would be able to access him. Then, people would call it a scam because they wouldn't be getting what they paid for: accessibility. By charging a higher price, he's able to provide more value because there are less people to serve. He can reasonably reach the 1.6K people in his community, but scaling beyond that would probably be impossible from a fulfillment standpoint.
Of course, he could then hire more coaches to help run the community, but I reckon that a lot of his customers are paying to interact with HIM, not some random coaches.
In other words, it's just supply and demand. The market has decided that his product is valuable, so he has to raise the prices to keep the promises he's made to them.
It's also worth noting that Hamza's perspective is different because he watches business content. Once I started watching business content, I realized that people are literally charging $100K and up for consultations, coaching, etc., so him charging $129/month is VERY low ticket in comparison.
Aside from that, pricing is a tricky game because you have to find the optimal balance between accessibility and accountability.
If he charges $30, then no one will take what he's saying seriously. But if he charges $3000, no one will be able to afford it. It should cost enough to create a LITTLE bit of emotional pain in the buyer, but not enough to literally bankrupt them.
And for what it's worth, there are a lot high schoolers/young men who spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on designer clothing and/or car payments while working minimum wage jobs. If you ask me, the average person in that situation will get a LOT more out of paying that same money for a course, community, coaching program, etc. than on materialistic items.

  • @db2ez_
    @db2ez_ 16 днів тому +11

The problem with these business UA-camrs, and why people often label them as "scammers," is due to the crazy upsell prices of their courses, which, imo doesn't justify their value. They frequently sell thousand-dollar "courses" filled with content that is readily available for free online, including on their own channels. If Hamza and others want to profit from teaching entrepreneurship or building a community, that's totally fine, but the pricing should be reasonable. For example, Skillshare costs like $35 per month and gives you access to unlimited courses all month, making it easy to understand why people view these high-priced courses as scams. However if people find value in these expensive courses and continue to pay those high prices for them, I can't blame the creators for maintaining their price points

What's the difference from paying for his courses, and, paying for college courses? Why is his course acceptable, but, college courses are not acceptable? Whether the person applies the courses or not, what's the difference? If promoting one makes sense, then, why have the opposite view of the other? Arbitrarily, the course for either are apparently over-priced, so, whats the issues with one, but, come to the defense of the other?

I am not a Hamza follower; heck just heard of him two videos before this, but i've seen the "scammer" talk going viral about many different people. A cost for someone putting work to create a value for you is NOT a scam! they need to get paid. Also who the heck are you to tell them how much it should cost? If it's so called "free online" then go spend endless hours of your worthless time researching it yourself. People need to get some accountability and know nothing is guaranteed even if it works for 99% of people it may not work for you AND it may be your fault it doesn't work. Maybe you don't pay attention well or you don't have the money to apply what the program teaches. These L00sers want everything for free. If it cost anything then It's a scam. Well getting a spot at the homeless shelter is free. Go there!

He changed his way so now instead he said he started his fatherhood chapter now broken up with his missus a month after he started this father video, and he’s gone into a deep road there. So that’s said, I want to take his advice about business opportunities and jobs but not about women cos he’s shit about women and he only slept with 3 people, and one of his ex gf is below average looks imo. But apart from it disagree about video games the other two Yh need to be taken out but listen you can eat junk food just not everyday as it would make you more miserable and down.
And then porn Yh it’s a no use thing take it out cos I have bad experience with porn. Guys in the west good luck with it cos there would be lots of lust and sinful there that wants to invite you to be pressured. I know it happens all over the world but I think the west in general with loads of freedom and choices and no accountability for its actions are gonna have a hard time and for me to get back to the uk from my holiday would be a huge challenge but a great one.
