i just realized how phase 2 always fit with the Leader's style when Dust is Leader, Horror gets replaced with Insanity who have more Power and Determination when Killer is Leader, Insanity gets replaced with Horror because he is more Strategic and easier to understand when Horror is the Leader, Dust gets replaced by Killer since his killing Instinct is evenly matched with other members when Insanity is the Leader, Killer gets replaced by Dust due to Insanity wanted the human to Suffer as much as possible before dying

Why? Why would horror trust killer? Why wouldn't he die at first meeting with Insanity? Dust... Be it. Dust is almost as strong as canon killer. He is stronger than Insanity therefore he can use Insanity in fight. I can't find any logic in your "canon formation".
