I’m feeling encouraged to try a Map Quest after watching this, the way I would do it is I’m allowed to increase the odds with outbreaks and research levels and can catch non shiny Pokemon to progress in the dex and unlock the newer areas
Did you know you could get shinies from the shaky trees and the shaky rocks?I didn't know that and I accidentally threw my pokemon at the tree and got a shiny burmy MALE!!. If you didn't know female burmies evolve into wormadam and male evolve in mothim and mothims shiny is much better than wormadam
I just thought of a challenge lol you find a shiny, but you can’t react when it pops up and if you do, you have to kill it and end the chain if it’s from chain.
I got a day one shiny Buizel while I was doing the Little Buizel big Buizel quest! I also got my first (and hopefully last shiny fail) with a chansey in an outbreak 😭

How long does this take. Because I have 23 hours in the game, I do all mass breakouts I can, and I only have 2 shinies. And one is the ponyta that the game gives me, so I only truly have one? Am I just that unlucky?
I've found 6 shinies without mass out break starly that I got like right after the tutorial,a rapidash not the quest 1,drifblim,electabuzz,dribbling,luxray and tediursa . Goomys the only mass. Outbreak shiny I have

I did this same challenge with my friend. I won 5-3, and the loser had to release a shiny of the winners choice. I made her delete a shiny psyduck.
I havet found 3 full ods shinies without hunting in the first three areas of the game which are the only ones i have unlocked so far
