I’m so happy something like this exists. One of my favorite bits of Doctor Who nostalgia, updated and refreshed. Faithful to the original, but not afraid to deviate where it’s warranted, to work better on audio. All the tiny little references and in-jokes, tidying up messy continuity, what an incredible labor of love. The only real thing I have to give in terms of feedback would be that the sexual tension between the Doctor and Amy seems a tad overdone here, compared to how their characters were written in the show. But that’s just a minor nitpick, on the whole this brought a massive smile to my face.
Been looking forward to this........... I'm on CoVid bedroom isolation. My wife and family are the prison officers in this my bedroom jail. I've been catching up with my Doctor Who fan fiction. Thank you for your work, skills, talents and imagination. Be well my friends.
Oh my god this is amazing! I replayed these recently and this such an amazing adaptation. I also love the fact that you made fun of the awful wiring mini game too 😂. Bravo peeps! Bravo!
This is amazing! Love how you thickened out the plot and everyone's impressions are spot on. Would be fab if you did the whole game series (perhaps if I collected all the jelly babies :p ).
This is so great! Gull marks all round. Great to see this story in a way people can ACTUALLY experience it again! Performances and audio mixing are all top notch too, sounds official tbh!
Ahhh, so the eternal was very short lived. We did see him in the pandorica opens and a small cameo in the eternity clock so they replaced him. From the sounds of it, he sounds like a time strategist or time controller type dalek. I'm picturing the emperor listening to "I'm blue da ba de da di" all day long, though I initially imagined a paradigm emperor red or white, blue doesnt feel too in character as the emperor is more an ego figure, a political figure and just does what he wants, not too best on strategy I absolutely love the paradigm stuff we see fans making, such a lost opportunity the colours were pretty cool overall
No problem. I've been following DW since day one in '63. Yes, I'm that old. I've thought about writing a spin off based around the Kablam network. But just a thought at present. I retired in Jan, so I've got the time. Be well.
This is definitely Extraordinary! I’ve enjoyed listening to Audio drama! City of the daleks is definitely magnificent! Wonder what happens next on the audio adaptation!
Ah, my first TTProductions audio. It still sounds as great as I first heard it. Well done. Maybe one day we'll get the rest... although, I'd love for someone to perhaps try and fix the Wii game Return to Earth into an audio one day. :)
Excellent work from everybody involved. Will you lot be covering the other Adventure Game stories? Would love to hear your interpretation of 'Blood of the Cybermen'.
I was waiting for the right time to listen to this… Then I forgot 🤣 I finally remembered to listen to it today and that was brilliant. I especially loved some of the changes in the story to make it feel more like a sequel to Victory of the Daleks instead of ‘another Dalek story’ which is how the game felt
