HERESY! Epitaph Studios 1st comic! Was it any good?

In the 1990's, the market was flush with creators entering the field, making comics and seeing if they could duplicate Eastman & Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!
Did Epitaph Studios succeed?

**UPDATE!!** After checking out some numbers I've discovered that this book did NOT crack the Top 300 comics sold for February 1996. The bottom sold 1900 copies so we can say with certainty that this book did not sell, at least, that many copies through Diamond. Thank you all!
