Great advice. Once you establish the common meals or ones you prepare yourself it is pretty easy to do. I find when you have a nice homecooked meal that you didn't prepare or you go out to eat and they don't list the calories it becomes much more difficult to track.

Absolutely!! But that's where the 80/20 rule comes in. If you are prepared most of the time, then don't worry too much about the once in awhile.
