KRISUMI Waterfall Residences is spread over 5.6 acres of land parcel with over 72% open and green areas. The Project is an eclectic mix of 2, 3LDKs and 4LDK Duplex penthouses. The complex has a total 433 apartments and 3 Towers. The sales gallery that I am taking you to, is not just a sales gallery, it’s the manifestation of the actual living experience that you are going to have at Krisumi Waterfall Residences. The first time when you hear the name Waterfall residences first thing that comes to our mind is that it’s a project based around a waterfall or a huge fountain or waterbody. No that’s not the concept.
KAIYUUSEI means Japanese Stroll garden and the concept is used in the project in order to use more and more natural elements and avoid artificial ornamentation wherever possible. Taki means waterfall in japanese and the façade of the project has been conceptualized as a water fall formation with straight line architecture. Where the stepped tower crown represents steps in a waterfall, the podium represents base and the club house sudare reflects the glittering water splash. Tata projects limited, which is known for its stringent construction protocols, is chosen as the construction partner for waterfall residences. You can see that construction is in full swing, in one shift around 900 workers are deployed, which is huge for this size of project.
