- Shadow fight 3 ancient overlord set gameplay and review. Ancient overlord or King of the legion themed set is the new legendary set bonus released in Shadow fight 3 wheel of history event. King of the legion was a boss in Marcus plane of sf3.

Fun fact - You can ignore critical hits if you equip the Rock perk for helm and upgrade it to max lvl 10 (100% chance of triggering), also its best to activate the ability when enemy has low shadow energy + equip shadow blades for helm to cause bleeding everytime you use soul flow, it really causes serious damage even without the orbs

Sir Reinhard is the most badass character in the whole event. I mean if you ever noticed, some of his dialogue changes according to your set. If you are wearing dynasty set, he will say despicable dynasts, if you are wearing legion set, I think he says scourge begone. I dont know what he says to herald set. I never wore in the whole event

he says scourge begone if you go in shadow form, if you use legion weapon he says something like "bow before the abdicator"

I wonder that such a powerful legion set is vulnarable during invincibility after getting critical and shadow move hits. But Stranger being a herald set doesn't move a single inch even after getting shocked during his invincibility.

This set uses unbreakability frames like any legion weapon
Stranger set has its own invunreability during ranged and weapon shadow abilites
Chorus set has 8 shadow moves
Three abilities
1. Shadow gain increased
2. Oblivion , increase critical , special 3 combo which is unblockable
3. Bloom , regeneration, poisen
And its blaster increases energy
It's a f**king incredible set but I can't find it in June's Plane. I just use the normal one, can't upgrade it in June's Plane.
Blaster increases energy, gains health and can also do shadow damage even by usual hits (in level 4)

Honestly, I really agree with you on both sides:
1. It really is powerful, being the first set I have fun playing with in the void fights, especially the Underground Wrath , because this set is just annihilating the enemy, just get 1 soul, use the soul blast atack and you already take at least 1500 HP from your enemy.
2. The animations are in my opinion the best from the game, most likely because I am a KOTL fan and I enjoy the diversity of the stances (when you play a game with 2 rounds, you will have a new stance each time) + the animations are amazing and perfect for me.
I am glad I was able to buy this set.
Hmmm I completely disagree. Ironclad is still kicking KOTL ass fair and square even in its strongest form, if use it the way it should be. But I give it to you that aesthetic behind kotl is by far greatest in sf3
@@Philiopantheon82I am quite sure that he meant the same thing you mean as well, that being the fact that either of Ironclad and KOTL sets are very powerful (when used properly by the player) and what can I say? That is extremely true and could be said for any set, after all , Shadow fight is the kind of game that let's players discover which is the best weapon / set /faction, so it is normal for each of us to prefer different sets,just like he does like kotl set and you like Champion of the pit set.

There is , but they only talk when you using some sets that had a story with the enemy just like you using "destroyer of the epoch set" to fight Butcher and then Butcher will say "There is only one Destroyer of the epoch" because those are Butcher Old title in shadow fight 2

Most probably. Nekki rewrote the dialogues for this event, and involved king of the legion fully. So this event seems to be a classic event for kotl, just like Ironclad has a classic event based on him.
