Absolutely stunning cake! The detail is extraordinary. My only question is: Couldn't the doll have just been a regular brunette Barbie? You only used her tiara and not her lasso or bracelets. BTW, her current costume in comics has her wearing gold bracelets (just like your cake) instead of silver.

Or if you can't afford to buy the dress shaped pan cos you're only gonna use it once or twice.....stack about 3 8 inch round cakes (full mix in each tin) spread frosting in between each cake to glue them together, set in fridge for a bit then carve a dome/bell shape using a serrated knife ( bread knife works well). Don't worry if it's not perfect as you can correct the shape using fondant or frosting. Before applying fondant layer, crumb coat ( spread frosting all over the outside of cake to set all the pesky crumbs)..,,then your good to go! :)
