I was also told that when you have very thin lettering, try using the washi cutting setting. But I get the wiggly line when I trace a design. I just play with the fine tune scale to try and even it out the best I can.

One really can't get past that wiggly line. Intricacies aside it just happens when things get smaller with vinyl. If its possible try not to make the design super thin while you're making it. Keep in mind what kind of garment you might be printing on. Its okay to assume because it saves you time and money. Also check to see if a customer is okay with last minute changes to font or the design due to print restrictions you might have. It happens and the best people are always willing to work with you

Center prints using HTV might burn regardless of whether or not you tape it down. What you can is using an oven mitt and the little baby press that cricut makes press the hat. Or you can run part of the hat underneath the top part of your shirts heat press. That way you check to see if its burning and adhering properly. If you want to utilize the heat press you have, move the design over to the left or right and make it smaller. You'll notice pressing the middle of the hat if you keep it center that you burn the middle. I wasted 3 hats doing it the same way you're doing a few weeks back.

Get yourself the CB09 blade use 60degree. you need the adapter that comes with the Cameo 4 i have some 3's. You can go hella small, the smaller the slower you make it cut.

This was an amazon press. I recommend whatever your budget sees as a fit.
