RF Parts wants $150 for NOS tubes. It's a Radio Shack digital watt/SWR meter. I tested it against my Bird and as the saying goes, it's close enough for government work.
Should have brought it up on a variac. To de gas the tubes . After all it sat for 10 years. Watch those plate power supply caps if they are old and give up the ghost it can take out the tubes.BBI has some good videos on tube amps
Wow, keep rolling out the cool stuff. I've had Elkins, D&As, Palomars, Pals and others, but never had a Maco. I had several friends with Macos. Cool!!
