Anyone an idea if its still allowed to bring a small backpack (for my laptop) on top of the cabin baggage? They changed the on board baggage rules so not sure if you can still bring in both
I’ve been flying with Pegasus all the time because I live in near Sabiha Gokcen airport which Turkish Airlines is not flying. Pegasus has a young flet with with new aircrafts and just easy and safe to fly with. Nothing more special. Maybe I flied with Pegasus more than 50 times domestic and international mixed, and still alive so there is nothing scary I guess😂

The worst airline in the world. I booked tickets for 3 people. 2 people without bags and one person with a bag 20 kg. But they didn't accept the bag, they told us that there is not a bag in the system. Later I got a confirmating message from Pegasus Airlines inform me that they delivered the bag.. How can I complain?

At Sabiha Gökçen Airport in İstanbul, one of the employees(woman) at the counter was really bad and shouted at us, her behaviour was like she came from the street. I booked 2 tickets without luggage and one ticket for my brother with a bag 20 kg. There they told me that no one of my family in the system, then I showed them confirmation on the email I got of booking the tickets,then they phoned and said ok. After that the bad employee told me that no bag in the system. I tried to show them but in my email I didn't see, then I thought I might be wrong although I was 99% sure that I chose 20 kg. I wanted to pay there for the bag, but they said it's closed now. I kept speechless I felt blamed then I said bye to my family and came back home with the bag. What made me fuming that yesterday I got this SMS : Your baggage number PC05805368 has been sent for your BGW flight PC656 dated 23/04/2022 at 23:30. We wish you a good flight.”
A very bad one. Their Flights most old, the plane was shaking since departure, and their customer service are very rude and arrogant both off and on the plane
You are joke man! You travel economy & pre order food and keep adding nothing special or ok for services you get! bro earn some money & fly rich, you get what you pay for, As simple as it is! stop with the nothing special like you were entitled to receive a king treatment but you couldn't lol!
