I just came here right after watching the vid that eric talks about mamamoo, saying how nervous he was to talk about them and especially solar because they were in this program WGM together. It really is fvcked up that people gets upset to the couples at this kind of shows because it is just for entertainment but koreans really take it seriously. I could just see how nervous and concious he was also in this vid, like the way he whispered "but we are being filmed right now" and "there are cctvs here" to solar because he was so afraid of the backlash that might happen if people knew about the situation they were in. He was also really gritting his teeth real hard that shows he was trying his best to be composed. I love eric so much, most celebs wont have that much self control tbh.
I really like how even though he stops her from fighting, he still makes sure to acknowledge that the lady was wrong and that he understands why Solar feels that way. He's so quick to take her side no matter what--it's so sweet

I'm from August 2020. They have a good term when they meet at kontact 2020. Eric as a presenter for mamamoo meet & greet summer kontact 2020 . Solar still call him "eric nam oppa" and make comfortable interaction between them during the event. People who don't like them is the one crazy, uncomfortable and immature.
I think they're more careful with their interaction for knetz because of the backlash they have to deal with from them from WGM. But they're fine interacting in front of international fans because they're aware that many fans outside Korea are supporting them.

The only sorta problematic thing about her temper is that she will physically hit Moonbyul when they argue, but clearly they're both okay with smacking each other and only do it among themselves, to the point Hwasa and Wheein stay out of the situation completely and only staff will separate them when they're causing too much of a racket lol.
