You have to be the best bodyman on UA-cam 👍 mad respect! I start my new job on Monday at a Tesla shop. I've never worked on them so it's going to be a learning experience that I'm looking forward to.

Things have came a LONG way since I was in the business. I got out of it in about 1995 or so. Nothing that you use was available then. I think I could have used it all, but the screw in dent puller was all that I had.
Question though, does using the "quick weld" dent pullers leave rust on the back side, or does it burn that deep?
Love watching the business progress through you.

You do have a valid point. I do believe it probably burns the primer on the back side of the panel. I’m not an expert but one would think that logically it welds those keys onto the panel and the heat would burn the primer and paint on the back side.

That's what I'm thinking too. That would need to be taken care of too I think, or it would rust later.

@@rtshortI agree. Need to prep the backside and apply a preventative rust procedure spray coating to prevent it from rusting.

    Your channel is coming along
    Quality content !
I’ve never done the filing technique. So the low spots are coming up as you file the high ?
I would be concerned if be making the metal too thin or is it more of the heat from friction type of thing
    If you could explain
    Thanks
