Fantastic video! I tend to use all 3 methods during a build. But I really try to have that trim allowance for an extra clean edge.

@@NorfolkHandmade No, I just make knives as a hobby and give them to friends and family. I edit videos and film for my wife's youtube art channel. (MooseKrazy's Flowing Canvas). That keeps me too busy to do my own channel lol

I use the dremel with hand finish, wich grit drum do you use?
On my dremel I have 240 as shown in this video, I also use 400 and 600. Occasionally I will also use a felt polishing drum.
how much edge beveling do you do?
I use a #1 after sanding with 400.
