This is the best tutorial on Revit MEP I have found on UA-cam. Respect!
I've never seen a more detailed plumbing tutorial like your on the net. I'm tired of drawings lines as pipes. Thank you.
Extremely helpful! Very good help for self learners! Keep up the good work!
Very good work. Keep going.
big like ,,, waiting for more advanced level tutorials
thank you for sharing wonderful video
Excellent.. Keep Making Good videos like that.
Amazing step-by-step guide. THANKS🙏
Thanks a lot for the amazing tutorial; I have a question about modeling multi layered and pex pipes; I just got some from manufacturers bim libraries.
but Im not sure if I could just create them myself.
also; revit always puts elbows on angular transitions, however in pex / multilayer are sometimes bent without using elbows. Is there a way to mimic that in revit without flex types.
I really like the video the way you have explained.please create more videos on plumbing with practical purpose.
THAT IS VERY EDUCATIVE
Very good information thanks 🙏
Good video thanks
at 25:26 i believe you do not need to enter -2' for first offset as it will take the level of the main pipe which you want to connect the vent pipe. you only need to enter the 10' offset to bring it up to roof level.
Totally agree, bro!
Thanks alot man. Was searching for real project oriented video in Revit MEP. Could you please upload more project oriented Revit MEP videos in HVAC,PLUMBING and Electrical too?
Thanks a very helpful video
good tutorial
Finally, a plumbing video that starts with the architectural template. Thank you so much!
Thank you !!
Thank you!
This is fantastic!! Thank you so much.
Where do I get the video thumbnail (building + structural skeleton view) you used for this video, please?
I want the pvc sch 40 or pipe which i dont have ! can you give me in the link ? the families of revit
this is good
Does Revit have the ecapability of calculating the pressure drop in a pipeline?
thank you, nice trick you showed on how to do 45 bend instead of 90
yes you can connect vertical sanitary piping to a horizontal sanitary piping but you must use a combination Wye & 1/8 bend.
Sir, hvac design in this arch model is remaining?
Hai bro
Nice explain
I'm waiting for electrical design in Revit
Mainly I want know about transformer and DG set connection
We want more plumbing videos
Try to zoom and pan less. Thank you for a basic conceptual approach. Once I get the concepts, I can get more complicated.
Hi Sir! Thank you for your videos. But I would like to ask why my pipe shows like a single line only and when I click 3D view, it shows shaded green even if on realistic mode, unlike your work it shows like a real pipe. Please help sir. Thank you!
make sure you have your detail level set to fine in your plan view

Hi sir,ca u tell me where I can get mechanical WC,hand wash and bathtub family ..I been looking every site I could not find one pls help
You cannot use those in mech template as it is assigned to Mechanical View Template just change it to none and try insert from plumbing fixtures
We need to Link Arch file in MEP template before start doing the project right? But you are directly working on arch file?
Its means only room boundary is mandatory after link revit for calculations (neglect if not wanted) and bind link, ungroup is your choice to work with arch sections and arch files in other discipline
@@yogeshwarandhamodharan6792 thanks bro.
Can you please create a full video for Revit Electrical PLZ
Vevy good ,,, i am not a plumber nor REVIT user but I could get the hung of it. Make more simple because what seems easy and simple others like me might not understand it, example how to move the mouse to create pipes ,, for me I could only see pipes moving up and down how you adjust that ,, no clue
How many have downloaded his file? I did , ended up with viruses.
Sir is any full course of Revit ??
Note: You did not mention when drawing the sanitary Pipe, Slope down needs to be turned on. You did not mention that. All Sanitary pipes must slope down except for a stack as it is running vertically. Also, most people have their Project browser placed/docked on the left-hand side of the drawing.
Here is a Video to help your students have a better understanding of a Plumbing system except for the art work on the plumbing fixtures. ua-cam.com/video/8jxRn-T_LCs/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Got2Learn Just saying.
After watching this video, I feel so stupid and overwhelmed. I'm trying to get a job as a BIM/VDC coordinator with no prior experience in this field but I'm clearly out of my league. I'm going to keep trying to learn but man this is difficult for me.
It's only good if you do have the plumbing families... if not then all of this would be a hard thing
How to give slope please explain
While drawing pipe, you will get a option on top right side. In that you can define slope.
why my toilet fixtures dont have taps for piping?
you need to download families under MEP and not in architectural
No subtitle?
Waste pipe connect to floor trap after go to the guly trap
Where is floor trap
Why did we skip over the slope part?!!!
This is great for the beginner as I am one, but one comment can you please stop zooming in and out when you are talking it is very disorientating. Thank you and I hope you will make more videos.
Don't make vedio with out know
Can you please do another video using the same approach for electrical
Thank you!
