KC is the best when it comes to value for money. However, your description is misleading when you say this is Chinese. I have worked in mainland China for a decade and know the Chinese shit inside out. These momo jokers in Delhi know nothing about the authentic Chinese food.
If you walk towards the Chowk from KC, turn left and walk for a minute. You will see a restaurant called Sai Ki Rasoi. It is a veg joint that gives more food for what you pay for. You may make a vid on that.
