Thank you for the video! Was very helpful. Question: 7:42 - It says that 115 existing inventory items were updated - is this what you were trying to do? I am having the issue where I have all different items in my excel sheet, yet I am getting about 1/3 of the list "Existing Inventory Items Updates" when I need it to be making new items in the quickbooks POS. I also have no inventory items during the time of import. Any ideas on why that would be?
Good day to you sir, I do really appreciate your vedios, could you please share with me if you have already recorded how to set up multi store ( Head quarter and Remote stores) with it's exchange examples and how the date is exchanged and shared between the head quarter and remote and also the network configuration needed. Thanks
My client has not done an inventory count in some time. We have an upload ready with current inventory count amounts. If I upload and there is a new quantity for an existing SKU, will the quantity update so that my inventory will be accurate?
Hello, please I really do need your help tried to import inventory into QuickBooks using excel,it worked but quickbooks didn't import every item, barcode and average unit price were omitted.please how do I sort this out
I am importing inventory from an excel spreadsheet, which contains a "taxable" field. How do I get quickbooks to automatically set the taxable field, without manually having to adjust 2359 items??
Hey bro so i have an XL file with inventory items and prices and everything BUT when i import the prices don't transfer correctly. Think you can help me by showing me how to import my file correctly ?
Please make sure all cells in your import file are designated as text, not general. Then make sure your prices are displayed without out dollar signs and have two decimal places, such as "43.54"
Unfortunately, POS is programmed to integrate and directly read Excel Files. If they had programmed it to take CSV or TSV files, then you could pretty much use any spreadsheet software... but they didn't. :-(
@@POV-UP539 PDFs are more of a visual format, and unfortunately they are different from one to the next. Thus, they do not lend well to numerical table import.
Excellent, I was struggling with mapping, you are a star
How the hell did someone give you a thumbs down that was a really good video!!!!

@@Blackrockbusiness That is unfortunate, so I'm guessing you can't upload PDF files into Quickbooks
